Recruitment Executive – Dublin South East, Wicklow & Kildare

Location: Office-based across Kimmage and Shankill, serving Dublin South East, Wicklow & Kildare
Contract: Full-time, on-site
Salary: €40,000–€45,000 DOE
The role
We’re scaling. You will own high-volume recruitment of Healthcare Assistants to meet service demand across Dublin South, South East, Wicklow and Kildare. This is an on-site role with clear targets, strong operational partnership, and end-to-end responsibility from sourcing to compliant start.
Key responsibilities
Manage the full hiring funnel: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, start.
Run structured phone/video screens and in-person interview days at Kimmage/Shankill.
Deliver compliant onboarding: Garda Vetting, right-to-work, references, mandatory training.
Prioritise requisitions with Scheduling/Operations to meet coverage and start-date targets.
Maintain a clean ATS (we use Fountain Hire), report weekly on pipeline metrics (applies, interviews, offers, starts, time-to-hire, quality-of-hire).
Optimise adverts, channels, job boards and local outreach to improve applicant flow and show-rate.
Represent Hibernia at recruitment events and community partnerships
About you
1–3+ years in high-volume recruitment (healthcare or frontline/hourly hiring advantageous).
Confident interviewer with strong phone etiquette and stakeholder management.
Process-driven and detail-oriented with compliance steps (vetting/RTW/references).
Comfortable working on-site across Kimmage and Shankill; full driving licence helpful.
Data-curious: you track funnel performance and iterate.
