Location: 1 position (Dublin North), 2 Positions (Dublin South West, Kildare)
Salary: €16.02 per hour + generous mileage allowance
Hours: Guaranteed 30 hours/week, with 84 hours of availability per fortnight on a rotating roster

🕒 Your Roster

  • Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday & Sunday

  • Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday & Friday

💼 About the Role

As a Rapid Care Responder, you’ll be a key part of our flexible care capacity team, supporting clients across a variety of needs including:

  • Hospital discharge transitions to home

  • New care package commencements

  • Double-up calls requiring two carers

  • Covering planned leave, holidays, or unplanned absences

You’ll be deployed dynamically on your rostered days to ensure continuity and quality of care where it’s needed most.

✅ Minimum Formal Qualifications

All carers must meet the Quality and Qualifications Ireland (QQI) Level 5 standard, specifically:

  • Mandatory Core Modules:

    • Care Skills (Module Code: 5N2770)

    • Care of the Older Person (Module Code: 5N2706)


    • 🧾 Compliance & Vetting

      • Garda Vetting or International Police Clearance

      • Medical Certificate of Fitness

      • Proof of Identity and Right to Work

      • Two Written References (one from the most recent employer)

      • Face-to-Face Interview with assessment of career history and gaps

  • 🚗 Driving & Transport

    • A full Irish/EU driving licence and use of your own car for work is essential. A generous mileage allowance will be paid fortnightly.

    • Carers must provide motor insurance, tax, and valid licence.
